The ICP not wanting to start the UWCW without some allies looked to their old and long Time Friend Kronos "The Boogie Man" Devlin The Leader of a New Stable that was in UWCW called the Devils Brood.

Kronos knowing how it is to need friends and allies decided with the rest of the Devils Brood that they would Form Forces with The Insane Clown Posse and become one Stable known as The New Dark Carnival.

The Lost Souls were Formed By Corax when he had heard is mentor Cyrus had fully Healed from his neck injury. Corax also had heard that Cyrus had been mentoring a new wrestler by the name Christopher Angel aka The Fallen Angel.

Corax Knowing that ToA was really not for him even though it was a dark type stable he just felt it wasn't dark enough. He also Felt that Scythe was not happy with the ToA deep down inside because he was just to Dark for the ToA Black and Red. 

Corax would ask Scythe what he truly wanted in a stable. 

Scythe would Tell Him. That It didn't really have anything to do with The ToA, it was just that he felt he was a lost soul in their Cause in gaining the Power that the ToA wanted.

Scythe would also Tell Corax that he really was looking to running the UWCW like the Rest of ToA was looking to. Scythe just wanted to Reek Havic and Be feared.

Corax could understands what Scythe was Saying because he felt the same way. So The Two of them decided to leave The ToA in Damian black and Bloodstones hands and the would join forces with Cyrus and The Fallen Angel and they haved formed The Lost Souls.
