2. Mr. Pain  Oct 12/03, Slaughter House Sunday Night. In a No DQ World Championship Bout. Head & Face Injury. Mr. Pain Face was Bashed in By The World Champ Scythe. Pain Must receive Full Face construction.  Return Time Unknown It all Depends on how James Pain Heals.
